The Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal publishes a compilation of articles written by some of the world's most prominent labor and employment law scholars and practitioners. It is widely regarded as one of the premier authorities in the fields of labor and employment law as well as one of the preeminent specialty journals in the United States. Authors that choose to publish with our journal will have their articles published within 9 months. Published authors will receive 10 copies of the full issue and 30 vanity copies, free of charge. Student notes will not be considered for publication.
