The Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal (HLELJ) is still accepting submissions for Volume 42, to be published in our Spring 2025 edition!
Submission Details: HLELJ invites article submissions focusing on all areas of labor and employment law. Scholarly articles of any length are welcome. Articles can be submitted through Scholastica or e-mail (laboremploymentlaw@hofstra.edu). Authors can expect a thorough editing process that respects their perspective and expertise on the topic. Please note our submission guidelines:
- Articles should be no less than fifty pages, although we accept scholarly articles of all lengths
- We ask for Bluebook conformity (21st Edition)
- Please attach a CV with your email submission
Topics of Interest: Articles must pertain to labor or employment law. Further, we prioritize submissions that offer detailed analyses and nuanced perspectives.
