Mark Shope is an Associate Professor of Law at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law in Hsinchu, Taiwan. He received his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and LL.M. from the National Taiwan University College of Law in Taipei, Taiwan.
