Rob Landry earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, Ph.D. from Auburn University and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has published over fifty articles on bankruptcy law and policy and is a Distinguished Professor of Finance in the College of Business and Industry at Jacksonville State University, where he teaches business law, real estate and economics courses. Professor Landry has extensive experience as an attorney, having served as an Assistant U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator for over twenty-five years. He currently serves as managing editor of the American Business Law Journal and is past editor-in-chief of the Journal of Legal Studies Education.
