Dr. Helen MacLennan is Associate Professor of Management at Saint Leo University, Tampa Education Center, teaching business and management courses at the undergraduate, M.B.A., and D.B.A. levels. She holds a Ph.D. in management with a concentration in conflict management from Sullivan University, an M.B.A. from Marylhurst University, and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Conflict Management and acts as a reviewer for the Transnational Journal of Business and Common Ground Research Networks. Dr. MacLennan has published numerous articles on a variety of topics including doctoral credential comparison, toxic leadership, female entrepreneurship, and organizational civility.
