In 1997 he graduated from the investigative and forensic Department of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and in 2001 - faculty of management training senior managers of the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs.
In October 2008 defended scientific work on "Organizational-legal bases of interaction of police and financial control bodies." In December 2008, awarded a PhD degree in the field of law. In 2011, the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the department of economic and legal disciplines.
After NAIA since July 1997 worked in the practical divisions of police bodies. In 2001 he moved to work in the Kiev National University of Internal Affairs, where he worked until May 2012 in senior administrative and research and teaching positions.
Since September 2012 - Associate Professor, Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Law Institute of the National Aviation University, and headed this department since July 2015.
