Dana Bassett is multi-disciplinary arts professional currently living in Chicago, IL. She received a BLA from the New College of Florida in Sarasota with a concentration in Political Theory/Art in 2009 and a Masters in Arts Administration and Policy from the School of the Art Institute in 2012. Bassett was recently awarded a Knight Foundation Arts Challenge Grant for her work with Roofless Records, an experimental record label, event promoter, and printing press, based in Miami, FL. Bassett founded the company with New College-colleague, Matthew Preira in 2007.
