The Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society is currently accepting submissions for our Spring-Summer 2024 Issue. We plan to have articles selected by mid-January 2024.
This journal will be hosting our next annual symposium on February 17, 2023. Our upcoming symposium topic is Paternity. Speakers will provide a survey of some of the unique and interesting legal aspects of paternity, such as the criminalization of child support arrears, the legal status of LGBTQ+ families, and the ability of non-custodial parents to make parenting decisions. As such, we are particularly looking for submissions relating to our symposium topic of Paternity.
