The Washington and Lee Law Review Online is now accepting submissions for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025.
The online version is a continually published companion to the print edition, typically focusing on current events in the law or major case law developments. Articles published on the online edition may be shorter than the print edition, typically consisting of ~10,000 words or less (including footnotes). Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts directly via Scholastica or by emailing them to lawreview@wlu.edu.
