The University of Cincinnati Law Review is accepting submissions for its 92d Volume, which will be published in four issues between Fall 2023 and Spring 2024.
We are seeking articles on any legal topic for Vol. 92. Our first issue is especially concerned with shifts in how individuals and courts view (or should view) individual rights. We are still looking for articles embodying a variety of viewpoints on the present landscape, including, for example, discussions of individual rights in a federal system, expansions or contractions of substantive rights, rights in the context of criminal process.
You can submit via Scholastica, or via email at uclrsubmissions@gmail.com. If you choose to email please include "Vol. 92 Submission" in the subject line.
Thank you, and we look forward to reading your work!
