Call For Submissions: Touro Law Review - Academic Boycotts Based on Nationality and Religion Series

Touro Law Review in collaboration with Netanya Law Review invite papers for its special issue on “The Legitimacy of  Academic Boycotts based on Nationality and Religion“

This special issue will analyze the current scenario regarding academic boycotts on academic institutions and academics, as well as explore its spill out effect on various religious affiliations, including anti-Semitism on campuses in America and in Europe. It will examine the legitimacy of calls for academic boycotts and its possible consequences on science.

The admitted papers will be published in both Reviews and the abstracts will also be translated to Hebrew and published in Netanya Law Review.
