The Journal of Law in Society, the scholarly arm of the Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights at Wayne State University Law School, is accepting articles for the Spring 2021 edition. The Journal publishes practical, social, and/or policy oriented articles and notes. This Spring 2021, the Journal is looking to publish articles/notes relating to the ongoing opioid crisis.
The Journal is especially interested in commentary on oversight of the opioid crisis and related
governmental infrastructure issues that can create insight into the practical implications of moral
paradigms of drug and addiction treatment. These ideas are not exhaustive, and we welcome any
socially focused perspectives on law and opioid use.
If you are interested in having your work considered for The Journal, please submit via Scholastica or directly to thejournalrevieweditor@gmail.com.
