The Federal Circuit Bar Journal is Seeking Articles!

Happy early holidays to everyone from the Federal Circuit Bar Journal!  The journal would like to extend its warm wishes to you by announcing that we have extended our deadline for the March 2016 issue and are still accepting article submissions for publication. Articles must cover topics within the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Prior article topics range from major IP/patent law issues to veterans appeals, government contracts, civilian or military pay, international trade, tax, and natural resources.  Article submissions, accompanied by resumes/CVs, may also be sent directly to our Submissions Editor, Brittany Aldredge, at fcbj@law.gwu.edu, at no additional cost. As a reminder, we are seeking submissions from practitioners and due to limited space, we are unable to accept submissions by current law students outside of the George Washington University Law School.  We look forward to reading your articles and thank you for your ongoing support of the FCBJ!
