The Journal of International & Comparative Law is proud to announce the theme of its Spring 2018 issue: The Global Environment. Under this heading, the Journal of International & Comparative Law will focus on publishing scholarship related to globalization, environmental issues, and the effects of international trade on the environment. Although all submissions will be considered as part of the selection process, submissions that focus on the topics of globalization, international trade, and environmental issues, either on their intersection or individually, will be given stronger consideration.
The Journal of International & Comparative Law accepts articles and abstracts for consideration from practitioners, clerks, and law school faculty members.
For more information regarding submissions, please visit our Journal Profile, or contact Arianna Cook-Thajudeen, Executive Articles Editor, at acooktha@nd.edu.
