The Penn State Law Review is currently accepting submissions for our third issue of Volume 128, to be published in May 2024. Manuscripts with word counts of 10,000 to 30,000 words are preferred. Interested authors should submit a current CV alongside their manuscript.
Penn State Law Review is the flagship publication of Penn State Law. The journal can trace its origins to 1897 with the first publication of The Forum, making it one of the oldest law reviews in continuous print in the United States. As a general-interest journal, Penn State Law Review does not limit submissions to any specific topic. The journal publishes three issues per year.
We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
