The Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal is currently
seeking article submissions for its Fall 2020 Issue, Volume 47.1, to be published this
upcoming December/January.
Articles should relate to Computers & Technology, and
can involve issues in: Law
Practice, Litigation, Law Enforcement, Government, Data
Privacy, Education, Business,
Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, Legal Issues
of the Internet, Healthcare and Science, Regulation of New Technology, Privacy and Cybercrime, Social
Networking, etc. Submissions of between 20 and 40 pages in length are preferred, but
there is no strict maximum or minimum page count required.
The Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal was
founded in 1969, prior to the rise of
computers and the digital age. Our Journal is the oldest
computer law periodical in the academic world. The Journal’s articles have been cited in three
Supreme Court cases; Bilski v. Kappos,130 S. Ct. 3218 (2010), Diamond v. Diehr, 101 S. Ct. 1048
(1981), and Lab. Corp. of Am. Holdings v. Metabolite Labs., 126 S. Ct. 2921 (2006). We
have subscribers worldwide in many different countries.
Our more recent Panels and Symposia include Cybersecurity,
Enterprise Risk Management Governance; Entrepreneurship, Technology, and the
