Founded in 1969 in Newark, New Jersey, RCTLJ is the oldest computer law periodical in the academic world. Works published in this journal have been cited in numerous texts, articles, and judicial opinions, including those of the United States Supreme Court. We also publish an annual bibliography of articles published in the field of computer and technology law. We are proud of our journal’s history and strive to continue that tradition of excellence in each issue we publish.
