The Florida Journal of International Law is seeking submissions from both professors and practitioners for its spring symposium issue that is related to international privacy law. Articles must focus on privacy law that is international in nature, and the Journal is especially interested in data privacy, human rights, and recent bilateral attempts to formalize international privacy standards. Submissions may not exceed 10,000 words in length for this special issue. Article selection and editing will take place after our symposium event on March 1, 2024.
Please send submissions to Scholastica or by email to fjil@law.ufl.edu.
