Dear Authors and Scholars, 

The Montana Law Review and the Public Land and Resources Law Review cordially invite you to submit article manuscripts for a special joint issue to be featured in VOL 86.2 of the Montana Law Review. This special joint issue will be published on an expedited timeline for the Summer of 2025.  

Submission Guidelines 

The Montana Law Review and the Public Land and Resources Law Review are currently accepting manuscripts from legal practitioners and scholars. We are specifically seeking articles related to Federal Indian law and Tribal Law issues under the theme of Vision for the Future. 
 

Submission Deadlines 

Please submit your article manuscript and curricula vitae through Scholastica or via email by Friday, December 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Publication offers will be distributed to authors via Scholastica by Friday, December 20, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
