The Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality is now accepting submissions for its 2024-2025 Issue 2 in Volume 43.
We welcome articles by lawyers and non-lawyers—including non-law-focused academics, activists, community organizers, and more.
Our goal is to broaden and deepen our collective understanding of the law’s intersection with inequality, so articles on a wide variety of topics are welcome. Some of our past articles have covered topics like age, disability, gender identity, healthcare, immigration, poverty, race, sex, and more.
We also welcome many forms and publish articles that are social, empirical, doctrinal, experiential, literary, or community-based.
For more information, please see our website at https://lawandinequality.org/.
Submissions can be sent either through Scholastica or sent directly by email to lawal044@umn.edu. Please include a CV and a copy of your manuscript in Word format.
If you have questions, please contact Nas Lawal, Lead Articles Editor, at lawal044@umn.edu.
