The Mercer Law Review is currently accepting submissions for the Eleventh Circuit Survey. The Eleventh Circuit Survey strives to be a useful aide and practitioner’s guide on federal issues. Given the significance of the Supreme Court’s past term, your topic need not concern the Eleventh Circuit exclusively. However, priority in publication will be given to those who help set the stage and contextualize what is to come for the Eleventh Circuit–particularly those articles relating to commercial transportation, environmental, healthcare, and immigration law. Nevertheless, the list is not exhaustive or exclusive.
Submissions:
Contributions for Volume 76 must be submitted by February 3, 2025. We anticipate that accepted submissions will be published by May 2025.
Please submit an article, abstract, or both directly via email to tkelly25@law.mercer.edu. If you attempt to submit through Scholastica only, we may not receive your submission.
