Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly is currently accepting submissions for our Volume 49 Issue 2!
As we finalize the last manuscripts for our Issue 2, we are specifically looking for manuscripts that deal with 1) the U.S. Supreme Court's upcoming or past term and the changing culture at the Court, 2) marginalization and the law, and 3) criminal justice and equity.This is our final call for manuscripts for our second issue of Volume 49 to be published this Fall. Please submit all manuscripts by the end of this week through Scholastica, and feel free to email the Acquisitions Team at clq@uchastings.edu with any questions you might have. Please do not submit your manuscript through email; we have a strong preference for manuscripts submitted through Scholastica. Thank you!
