The Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy is currently soliciting public policy articles focusing on race relations in the United States for our Spring 2021 Issue.
The Journal promotes analytical and provocative articles written by law students, professors, lawyers, scholars, and public officials. By curating scholarly articles on race relations, the Journal seeks to further the public policy debate and the Journal’s goal of presenting a bona fide dialogue.
Because the Journal is an organization devoted to the study of public policy issues, the Journal’s Editorial Board remains neither conservative nor liberal. Instead, we focus on amplifying informative and stimulating viewpoints. As a result, our publication attracts a broad audience of decision-makers and intellectually curious individuals, targeting groups like legislators, judges, educators, and voters — each of which play a valuable role in the legal process.
