The Journal of Law and Mobility is open for submissions of short scholarly works on legal and policy issues related to emerging transportation technologies (such as automated vehicles, drones, e-scooters, etc.). Pieces covering broader transportation issues will be considered, provided the piece can connect back in some way to our focus on emerging technologies.
Pieces are usually between 2,000-6,000 words, footnotes inclusive, but longer pieces will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Before being accepted for publication, all article submissions will undergo peer review by our Editorial Board (details on the Board available here).
Please note the Journal follows the Bluebook citation system and the Chicago Manual of Style.
