The Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology
The Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology is now accepting proposals for its annual symposium, to be held virtually in the spring of the 2020-2021 academic year. Our symposium provides opportunity for practitioners, academics, and students to come together to develop legal scholarship and discussion. Our topics in recent years include: Revisiting Voluntariness in Confessions, Bail Bond Reform, The Death Penalty’s Numbered Days?, and the Progressive Prosecution: Legal, Empirical, and Theoretical Perspectives.
Please find pasted below a form to use in submitting your proposals to the Journal’s symposium editor, Addie Maguire, at addie.maguire@law.northwestern.edu. Proposals can take any format, so long as you address our proposed questions within your proposal.
