NYU's Journal of Law & Liberty is currently soliciting scholarship on the International Criminal Court. We are particularly interested in conservative perspectives on the expansion of the court's jurisdiction, as well as its recent attempts to pursue investigations and indictments in cases in Isreal and Afghanistan.
