The Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal (HTLJ) invites the submission of articles for its spring issues. Submissions may include any full-length articles pertaining to the intersection of law and technology. This intersection may include several fields of law including intellectual property law, business law, international law, and more, so long as technology is pertinent to the article’s discussion. It is our mission to publish high-quality articles that prompt wide discussion in the greater legal community. In pursuit of this mission, we strive to ensure each accepted article meets the qualitative standard for which the HTLJ has come to be known.
Citations in all submissions should conform to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Please ensure that the submission has been fully edited, as incomplete articles will be returned to the author.
