Rob, Scholastica Co-Founder here. Quick and easy question that I'd love to get your thoughts on:

Where do you find the latest news/trending information going on in your discipline?

ListServs? Blogs? Word of Mouth?

If you'd like to go above and beyond in answering this question:

- what do you like about your news-gathering process?
- what do you wish was better about your news-gathering process?

Thanks for taking the time! I really appreciate it!

I use a little bit of both, but word of mouth and list-servs seem to be the most reliable for me. I am a member of several organizations that seem to keep my fairly abreast of the major decisions coming through the pipeline.

I learn about recent decisions from listservs, e-newsletters, and blogs, but I typically get breaking news about newly filed litigation or unlitigated disputes from Twitter and Google alerts.
