Harvard Negotiation Law Review is Soliciting Submissions

The submissions period for the Spring 2022 edition of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review (HNLR) and for the HNLR Student Note Competition are open. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. We previously had some technical difficulties that resulted in an inaccurate submissions status on Scholastica, and we apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. We welcome any submissions related to negotiation, mediation, and/or alternative dispute resolution.
