Florida Coastal Law Review welcomes submissions of unpublished scholarly legal articles and case notes. The Law Review prefers manuscripts between eighteen to thirty law-review pages in length or 9,000 to 15,000 words. The Law Review requires the use of footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook. The style of citations and text should conform to The Chicago Manual of Style (16th ed. 2010). Topics are not limited by anything other than timeliness and relevance in the legal community. Prospective authors may submit their manuscripts, in Microsoft Word format, electronically to the Submissions and Symposium Editor at Christina.heath@law.fcsl.edu

Dear Christina,

Does your journal focus primarily on Florida state law issues?  Will it consider submissions that discuss legal topics that would be more of interest in other states/communities?

Thanks
