WJLTA is now accepting submissions of articles addressing emerging legal issues in technology, business, and the arts. Topics may cover new technology (especially as relates to regulatory/policy compliance), privacy/data security, licensing agreement trends, corporate law, e-commerce, entertainment and the arts, and IP issues related to copyright, trademark, patents, and trade secrets under the revised DTSA. Articles are meant to be read by a wide audience and should be supported with citations when needed. Authors should be in law school or hold a J.D., but need not currently be a practicing attorney (i.e., venture capital, consulting, entrepreneur, etc.). The writing and editing pre-publication process involves a consistent back and forth with our journal team - to define the topic's scope, make organizational edits, check citations, etc. We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
