Elon Law Review invites submissions for publication in our Volume 14, with an expected publication date of January–March 2022.
The Elon Law Review was established in 2008 as the student-run and student-edited scholarly journal of Elon University School of Law. With each issue, the Elon Law Review strives to advance legal education and scholarship through the contribution of intelligent discussion and analysis of the law. In addition to publishing an annual issue that examines novel and significant topics of legal scholarship, the Elon Law Review hosts a yearly symposium on an emerging topic in the legal community.
We are excited to announce that the topic of the 2021 Elon Law Review Symposium will explore restorative justice for racial disparities and the question of reparations in the United States. While we invite submissions on that subject, Elon Law Review welcomes articles from all areas of legal scholarship.
Recent articles accepted by and published in the Elon Law Review have explored legal issues in areas such as judicial independence, freedom of speech, national security, legal education, immigration reform, and environmental law. To explore past Volumes, see www.elon.edu/u/law/academics/experiential/elon-law-review/issues/volume-12-issue-2/.
Scholarly articles of any length are welcome, although works of fifty pages or less are preferred. Articles can be submitted through Scholastica, ExpressO, or e-mail (lawreview@elon.edu).
We look forward to reviewing your submissions!
