The Children’s Legal Rights Journal is seeking submissions on issues in children’s education.

The Children’s Legal Rights Journal(CLRJ) is a national scholarly journal sponsored by Loyola University Chicago School of Law with the National Association of Counsel for Children. We publish articles covering a variety of children’s legal rights issues and are the only journal in the country that exclusively addresses the legal needs of children.

What We Are Looking For:

We invite you to submit articles addressing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, gun violence, or systemic disparities on children’s education. We encourage submissions to include an analysis of how race and poverty factor into these issues.

Submission Details

Submissions should be previously unpublished, original work.   All articles should be between 15-60 pages double spaced and contain footnote citations that conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.  Submissions from current law students will not be accepted.   Submissions will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis for Volume 43 issues.
