Our Journal specializes in contemporary issues in American constitutional law, but is interested in publishing anything touching on important issues implicating the intersection of law and public policy.
We review submissions on a rolling basis until the Volume is filled. If you have recently submitted an article through Scholastica before the publishing of this post, it will be considered for publication in the upcoming Volume and you need not re-submit.
