The University of San Francisco's Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal (IPTLJ) is still accepting submissions for our spring issue, Volume 28, Issue 1, but the deadline is fast approaching.
As a reminder, submissions close on July 30, 2023.
As the birthplace of the McCarthy Institute, USF and the IPTLJ have long been at the forefront of developments in intellectual property and technology law. We strive to publish high-quality scholarship and feature diverse voices to bring new perspectives to IP law.
The Journal's goal is to publish works at the cutting edge of academic discourse and policy while remaining accessible to the educated reader. We are interested in articles that explore traditional IP topics as well as novel perspectives on privacy law and new technologies.
Please submit through Scholastica, and contact us at usf.iptlj@gmail.com with questions.
We look forward to reviewing your submission.
