The CityU LR is a student-edited, peer-reviewed academic law journal published by the School of Law of City University of Hong Kong. We publish scholarly papers on cutting-edge issues in any area of law, which are of interest to academics, students and practitioners in a variety of disciplines.
In our last issue, volume 6 (2017-19), we published articles, case notes and book reviews on a wide range of subjects, from international humanitarian laws to business laws in Hong Kong. Our last publication also enjoyed a great variety of authorship, including Senior Counsel, professors from Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as local and overseas law students.
The CityU LR accepts articles, notes, book reviews on recent legal developments in Hong Kong, other Asian counterparts and the International arena. It enjoys a diverse readership and is available on Westlaw and Hein Online.
If you are interested and choose to submit a paper to the CityU LR, we will review your paper and get back to you in due course. As the submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, it is suggested that you should submit as soon as possible.
