The Catholic University Journal of Law and Technology is accepting submissions for our Volume 33, Issue 1 for release in January 2025, and our Volume 33, Issue 2 for release in June 2025. Articles published in JLT typically consist of lengthy explanations and criticisms of an area of the law that intersects with technology. Of particular interest this year are articles that seek to initiate a discussion in an area of intellectual property law, international law (such as trade and international cybersecurity), and crypto/block-chain law.
If you have written a manuscript about a topic of current interest in the field of technology and law or policy, we invite you to submit your writing to JLT through the Scholastica submission platform. We are seeking manuscripts of an appropriate length (20-40 pages) that conform to the writing guideline as outlined in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass'n et al. eds., 21st ed. 2020). Submissions should conform as much as possible with this style guide.
We welcome you to submit today and receive a publishing decision within 48 hours!
For more information regarding submissions, please visit our Journal Profile. If you have any questions, please contact Alexandra Van Cleef, Lead Article Editor at cua.jlt.leadarticleeditor@gmail.com
Thank you, and we look forward to reviewing your submissions.
