The NYU Law Journal of Legislation and Public Policy is calling for article submissions for the Spring 2020 publication and for the Journal’s online companion, Quorum. The Journal is seeking scholarly articles on all areas relevant to legislation and public policy. The Journal of Legislation and Public Policy is a nonpartisan periodical that specializes in the analysis of local, state, and federal legislation and policy.
As the Journal’s online companion, Quorum serves as a flexible publication space, making it suitable for shorter and more timely pieces than is typically possible in a print publication. Quorum submissions typically cover current developments in legislation or public policy, urgent proposals for legislative or policy reform, responses to content in the print journal or earlier submissions to Quorum, and analyses of related issues. Quorum welcomes submissions from legislators, judges, professors, practitioners, and law students. Submissions should not exceed 5,000 words, including footnotes. All pieces published on Quorum are indexed by Lexis as N.Y.U. J. Legis. & Pub. Pol’y Quorum.
