The Women's Rights Law Reporter (Rutgers Law
School) is seeking articles for publication in its Fall 2024 and
Spring 2025 issues. The WRLR accepts submissions on all legal
topics about women's rights, gender justice, Titles VII and IX, transgender healthcare access, and just about anything you think qualifies as a topic that feminist legal scholars should be talking about!! Currently, the journal is seeking submissions from non-student authors, specifically academics, legal scholars and/or judges. We have an exceptionally large staff editor cohort this year and are hoping to publish a larger volume of articles per issue this year compared to every year post-COVID-19.
The Women's Rights Law Reporter is America's first and oldest journal centered on women's legal rights. One of our principal founders was former Rutgers Law Professor, and Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Her early leadership and continuous support even from the highest court has cemented the WRLR as an invaluable journal focused on intersectional and progressive feminist legal scholarship. For example, the WRLR is published across the world with a permanent order from RBG's former chambers and the Library of Congress.
