The University of San Francisco's Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal (IPTLJ) is now accepting submissions for our spring issue, Volume 28, Issue 2.
Submissions close on January 5, 2024.
As the birthplace of the McCarthy Institute, USF and the IPTLJ have long been at the forefront of developments in intellectual property and technology law. We strive to publish high-quality scholarship and feature diverse voices that bring new perspectives to IP law.
The Journal's goal is to publish works that are at the cutting edge of academic discourse and policy while remaining accessible to the educated reader. Though we consider articles that explore traditional IP topics in addition to novel perspectives on privacy law and new technologies, our organization has a special interest in the following topics:
Copyright
Trademark
Impacts of intellectual property / technology on marginalized communities
Artificial intelligence and labor issues
Please submit through Scholastica, and contact us at usf.iptlj@gmail.com with questions.
We look forward to reviewing your submission.
