The UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal is currently accepting article submissions for Volume 46, Number 2.
Since its inception in 1976, UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal (Comm/Ent) has served as one of the nation’s first law journals dedicated to the fields of Communications and Entertainment law.
Our Spring 2024 Symposium event will likely cover topics about Labor & Employment laws in Entertainment and Sports, including the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, unions, and NIL issues. Submissions on these topics are particularly appreciated.
Submissions via Scholastica are highly preferred. Please submit a manuscript, cover letter, and CV. The submission window will remain open until February 2024. Please note we review submissions on a rolling basis.
