The Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law (TJICL) is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for Issue Two of Volume 33! We invite the submission of scholarly articles on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to international arbitration, climate change, global conflicts, decolonization, reproductive rights, and the intersection of race and international law. We cannot accept submissions from student authors and the maximum word count for submissions is 25,000 words, although we may offer some flexibility regarding this limit. We encourage you to submit your most innovative, daring, and impactful work for consideration. TJICL looks forward to reviewing your submissions! Submissions will close for Issue Two on November 25, 2024 or when we fill our publication needs. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis.
