The Transportation Law Journal is accepting articles for its Volume 47, No. 1 issue. The TLJ is an ideal forum for practicing attorneys, law professors, industry experts, and prospective authors to publish scholarly literature on transportation-related matters.
If you are interested in publishing with the TLJ, consider the following:
We encourage authors from all the modes of transportation to publish, including topics relating to employment law, international business transactions, commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property law, administrative law, European Union law, and criminal law, to name a few.
Authors that publish with the TLJ receive 5 complimentary reprints.
In order to maintain the scope of the TLJ and to encourage scholarly debate, we invite you to submit for publication any articles related to transportation issues.
Policies for Submission of Articles:
We prefer to receive submissions by email (tlj@law.du.edu), through Scholastica, or through Expresso. Submissions may also be sent to our Articles Editor, Jesse Carey (jcarey20@law.du.edu).
All articles must be submitted in Microsoft Word format as an 8½” x 11”, double-spaced document. For each author, please also attach an up-to-date CV.
