The University of Pittsburgh Journal of Law and Commerce is continuing to accept submissions for Volume 41, Issue 2, to be published in Spring 2023. The Journal publishes high-quality legal scholarship regarding commercial, business, and transactional law; corporate law (both US and multinational); trade and treaty law; and international law concerning the UN, EU, WTO, and other international organizations, with a special focus on the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). We are especially interested in papers and authors that represent a diverse range of perspectives, identities, disciplines, and voices.
Submissions should be full papers of about 15,000-30,000 words in length (including footnotes). All citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21 ed., 2020). Please include a copy of your current resume or curriculum vitae with your submission. Submissions should be made electronically through Scholastica.
Please note: We are unable to consider work from students currently enrolled in JD or equivalent programs.
Please email the journal directly with any questions. Thank you!
