SCJILB is a student-run, student-edited semiannual publication of the University of South Carolina School of Law. First published in 2003, SCJILB actively seeks and selects article submissions from scholars and practitioners on a wide range of topics in public and private international law for publication. The Journal’s substantive focus provides for a framework to publish scholarly articles that analyze global economic and social flows that affect the world.
