The Charleston Law Review invites article submissions and presentation proposals for its 2024 Symposium, AI: The Now Frontier.
Ideal papers and presentations will address legal issues surrounding AI’s expanding role in society and may include topics such as ethical use of AI, copyright infringement claims based on AI generated content, who’s to blame where AI and human intentions intertwine, and practical guidance for AI’s implementation in the practice of law.
Ideal candidates will be available to serve as panelists on February 9, 2024 in Charleston S.C. Travel and accommodations available.
Deadline: November 1, 2023
Requirements: Abstracts and drafts invited; preference for those nearing completion.
