Penn State Law Review is currently accepting submissions for our final two issues of Volume 126, to be published in spring 2022. Manuscripts with word counts of 12,000 to 25,000 words are preferred. Interested authors should submit a current CV alongside their manuscript. Submissions may be made through Scholastica or by email to pslr@psu.edu.
Penn State Law Review is the flagship publication of Penn State Law. The journal can trace its origins to 1897 with the first publication of The Forum, making it one of the oldest law reviews in continuous print in the United States. As a general-interest journal, Penn State Law Review does not limit submissions to any specific topic. The journal publishes three issues per year.
We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
