The Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy is now soliciting submissions for publication in our online supplement, JLEPP Online, Spring 2020. The deadline for submissions will be Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 5:00 pm EST.
For publication, we ask that submissions relate to United States policy, law, ethics, or other legal issues. Comparative law or policy articles will be considered, but must have a substantive analysis of U.S. legal issues. We value concise arguments and prefer that submissions be limited to 15,000 words, including footnotes. Work that has been published elsewhere is not eligible for inclusion in the online supplement.
Submission Procedures
All submissions for the online supplement will be read by the Executive Online Editor and the Managing Online Editor, who will make the final decision regarding publication. If you have received a competing offer for publication, we ask that you submit an decision expedition request through Scholastica.
