The Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality is now accepting submissions for its 2022-2023 Issue, Volume 41.
We publish articles by lawyers and non-lawyers to provide the intellectual insight and practical depth necessary for a true understanding of inequality. Articles focus on race, poverty, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability, immigration, and other unique issues of inequality. Journal articles can be social, empirical, doctrinal, experiential, literary, or community-based.
