The Journal of Law & Politics at the University of Virginia School of Law is now accepting submissions for Spring 2018.
We are an interdisciplinary journal that focuses on issues at the crossroads of law and politics. We commonly feature articles on federalism, voting rights, immigration policy, the role of the judiciary in making law, the administrative state, and campaign finance.
